Most often known as the wife of esteemed and popular novelist F. Scott Fitzgerald, Zelda was also a writer in her own right, as well as a painter, dancer and American socialite of the 1920s. Together, the Fitzgeralds embodied and personified The Jazz Age - especially as we fondly remember it now, with iconic parties and celebrations. But although she cared about style and fashion, Zelda wasn’t superficial: beneath the glitz and glamour, she had a profoundness of thinking, feeling and being. She was an incredibly strong woman who led a difficult and tragic life but who is still fondly remembered for how much she dazzled the world.
